Export Department

Our Export Shipping and Documents Department has years of experience in exporting almonds. Attention to detail provides a “Hassle-Free” transaction and customs clearance.

FAS contracts ship from the ports of Oakland, CA, Richmond, CA, Long Beach, CA, East Coast ports or Gulf of Mexico ports. Rail shipments (Piggy Backs) are trucked at various local rail spurs. Standard documentation may include: Ocean Bill of Lading, Weight Certificate, Quality Certificate, and Phytosanitary Certificate. Any additional documentation required should be requested in the Letter of Credit or Cash Against Documents Contract.

Domestic Department

Unless otherwise stated, truckload and LTL shipments are negotiated on FOB our facilities basis. Pallet exchange is encouraged. Truck scales and weight certificate are provided on site. Freight to rail can be provided. Any additional documentation required should be requested at the time of contract.
